In this section of Ticketing.cat (hereinafter, the Platform), you will find the terms and conditions that must be accepted in order to contract any of the available products or services. Our Platform allows you to purchase tickets and passes for all kinds of events organized by different promoters, as well as products related to these events or the artists themselves (such as merchandising, books, etc.). In this document, and unless otherwise specified, we will refer to all of the above as Tickets or Products.

If you are looking for general information about the Platform or our Privacy Policy, we recommend that you consult the Legal Notice and the Cookies and Privacy Policy, available in the footer.

1. Basic Aspects of the Platform

Before purchasing tickets, we recommend reading these Purchase Terms to ensure that the service we offer meets your expectations.

These terms are available before completing any purchase and must be expressly accepted in order to proceed.

By checking the box "I have read and accept the Legal Terms," you accept these terms. Any improvements or new features we may add in the future will also be subject to these terms.

Reading and accepting this document is essential to use the Platform. These terms govern the relationship between the person making the purchase (hereinafter, the "Buyer") and the event organizer (hereinafter, the "Organizer"), as well as Ladeus Web Branding SL (as an intermediary).

As the buyer, you declare that you have the legal capacity to contract, and that you have read and accepted these Purchase Terms.

2. What Options Does the Platform Offer?

At Ticketing.cat, you can purchase Tickets and Products offered by registered Organizers. Our system provides centralized and easy access to available events.

Please note that Ticketing.cat does not organize the events or set prices or access conditions. If you have questions about a specific product, it is best to contact the Organizer directly. However, our team will be happy to help and act as an intermediary if needed.

3. How to Purchase Tickets or Products

To purchase Tickets for an Event, follow these steps:

  1. Select the type and number of Tickets or Products and click “Buy.”

  2. Enter the personal information requested by the Organizer.

  3. Accept the purchase terms and click “Complete Purchase.”

  4. Complete the payment via the secure gateway.

  5. You can obtain your tickets in two ways:

    • Immediate download via the “Download tickets” button once payment is completed.

    • Email delivery to the address provided.

How Will I Receive My Tickets?

Once the reservation is complete, you will receive a confirmation email in your inbox. From that message, you will be able to download the tickets in PDF format, as well as view them in a format suitable for mobile phones (QR code).

Purchasing tickets through this service implies acceptance of the following conditions:
  • The organization does not guarantee the authenticity of the ticket if it was not reserved through official channels or directly with the organization.

  • Upon entering the venue, the public may be subject to search as permitted by law. Entry with objects deemed dangerous by the organization is prohibited. The right of admission is reserved.

  • Admission is subject to holding a valid ticket.

  • The organization reserves the right to alter or modify the event program or cancel it in cases of force majeure.

  • Complaints about the event's realization, alteration, or cancellation must be directed to the organization with the ticket presented.

Purchase System Security

The ticket reservation website uses information security techniques widely accepted in the industry, such as firewalls, access control procedures, and cryptographic mechanisms, to prevent unauthorized access to data and its possible theft. To achieve this goal, the user accepts that the service provider (Ladeus Web Branding SL) may collect data as a result of authenticating access controls.

Secure server connections use the latest specifications of the standard security protocol on the internet: SSL.

4. Suspension, Modification, or Cancellation of an Event

An event is considered suspended, modified, or canceled when the Organizer formally communicates it or it can be reliably demonstrated.

In such a case, a full refund of the amount paid (including management fees) will be made within a maximum period of 10 days from notification.

The refund will be automatically issued to the account associated with the card used for the purchase, with no action required by the customer.

Exception: If the payment was made through the Organizer's own gateway, they will manage the refund. This information is indicated before confirming the purchase.

Additionally, you can access information about the Organizer in the event details and in the legal terms associated with your ticket.

After the event, an email will be sent (unless deactivated by the Organizer) to collect feedback and confirm that the event took place normally.

5. Return Policy

Attendees have the right to enjoy the event or activity as advertised. In case of suspension or substantial change (provided it has not already occurred due to force majeure once started), there is a right to a full or partial refund of the amount paid.

In accordance with Law 3/2014, of March 27, enacted through Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the purchase of tickets for cultural events and recreational activities, nor to the subscription of digital content. These types of products or services constitute exceptions to which the right of withdrawal does not apply.

Users also have the right for such events to be carried out in full, in the manner and conditions announced. This does not affect any claims made under applicable civil and commercial law.

To ensure that the buyer always knows who the event Organizer is, the Platform makes this information available both in the event details and in the legal conditions of the purchased ticket.

6. Unsubscribing from the Platform

You can unsubscribe by sending an email to info@ticketing.cat. There is no need to justify your cancellation, although we may ask for the reason for statistical purposes.

Please note:

  • You must not have any pending or ongoing purchases.

  • Upon unsubscribing, we will delete your account data. If you decide to register again, you will start from scratch.

7. Customer Service

We offer customer service via the “Help” button in the footer. Here, you can send us any questions related to purchases and the use of the Platform.

Please note that we do not manage information about the events themselves (access policy, press, etc.). For such matters, contact the Organizer.

  • Monday to Thursday: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

  • Friday: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
